Interesting you should see this as 50 guys picking on one, and conveniently forget the 2-3 years of being told repeatedly that you and the rest of EvE are little more than cowards and fools barring the occasional exception to that rule, and that BoB through superior intelligence, skill, maturity and ability across the board rightfully owns you and everyone else, anywhere at anytime.
You like BoB? Tell me what it is to like about Molle posting personal information about a player on public websites as a thinly veiled threat? What is to like about DBP who's reply to every instance of allegation that BoB may not be playing on the straight and narrow during the ASCN war was that the posters were 'cowards, weaklings and fools'.
Blacklight seems allright. Carried away occasionally, but rarely does he seem to incite rampant anger at his mockery of the rest of EvE like his companions.
What is to like about fact that every conquest BoB has achieved ingame, inspace, with ships and weapons, is closely followed by an intense smear campaign and humiliating accusations that completely shred the integrity of their defeated enemies name, resulting in the complete destruction in every sense of groups and teams and even little virtual social groups as the value of the concept they once rallied around is turned into filth.
Do not confuse success with fairness, victory with respect. Every single friendship handed out by BoB as an entity has been meticulously planned, expertly manipulated, and crafted just so. You only have to watch them for a while to understand that everything they do ingame and on these boards is geared towards displaying superiority in every way possible over everyone else in and out of the game.
It is the ultimate display of justice, perhaps, if EvE takes apart BoB. People may not like each other very much, may have many problems and issues with each others corporations and alliances and history going back years, but BoB mocks the playerbase of EvE not through their actions, but through their words. Their success is impressive, their skill unrivalled, their ability immense, but their character as a unit and often individually when not dealing with close aquaintances is the worst example of the epitome of semi-intelligent internet culture. The humiliation of others and exhaltation of the self.
BoB is the equivelant of that internet poster who knows his subject, and in explaining exhaustivly just how incredibly wrong you are, insults your intelligence, nation, familly, upbringing and attempt to even discuss a topic in the most vile and putrid of manner.
Everyone knows this. EvE can silence them by beating them.
The reason BoB doesnt post much right now is rather simple. Their attitude towards the rest of EvE will only result in them stirring up even more anger and resentment, and causing the bandwagon to grow even quicker. It is damage limitation, that is why they are silent.
